We are committed to ensuring that our high-quality Egyptian agricultural products reach you in perfect condition, whether you are ordering for local personal use or placing large-scale international export orders.

International Shipping & Export (B2B)

We possess a robust global logistics network to supply our products to importers, distributors, and food manufacturers worldwide.

Export Terms: We offer a variety of Incoterms such as FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and EXW (Ex Works) to ensure flexible and transparent shipping solutions for our partners.

Quality & Customs Documentation: All export shipments include the necessary customs clearance documents, Certificates of Origin, and quality or phytosanitary certificates issued by the competent Egyptian authorities.

Lead Time: Due to the nature of agricultural harvesting, processing, and sea freight schedules, lead times vary based on product seasonality and quantities ordered. Your sales representative will provide an accurate shipping timeline within the formal quotation.

B2B Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of agricultural products (such as fresh produce, dried herbs, and frozen vegetables), returns due to a "change of mind" cannot be accepted. However, we guarantee the quality of our products processed with CIMBRIA technology.
Damaged or Non-Conforming Products: If the order arrives damaged, or if the shipment does not match the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract, the support team must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Claim Procedures: Please provide clear photos of the container or packaging, the product itself, and the associated Lot Numbers.

Solutions: Upon verification, NORICA will work to provide a swift resolution, which may include a replacement shipment, a credit note for the next order, or an appropriate refund.

Local Shipping (B2C)

Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Perishable goods are completely exempt from returns.
The product is different from the description provided.
The product must be unopened.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be unused.
The product must not have sustained any damage.
All returns are inspected to ensure they meet the above criteria. If the product does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
To complete the refund process, we require an invoice, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that we will not issue a refund without the aforementioned proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, items sold during sales or clearance cannot be returned.
Please ensure that goods are appropriately packaged so they are not damaged during transit. If the product arrives to us damaged or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, , we may refuse the refund, and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
